We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use YOSIDI CAD for personal and professional purposes, subject to these terms. This license does not grant you any rights to the app's source code, design, or intellectual property.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership and all rights to the drawings, plans, and files you create with YOSIDI CAD. We make no claim to any rights over your content.

App Provided "As Is"

YOSIDI CAD is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any data loss, damage, or harm resulting from the use of YOSIDI CAD. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your important files and drawings.

In-App Purchases

In-app purchases (DXF/PDF export) are securely handled through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app.
• Distributing, selling, or sublicensing the app without authorization.
• Using the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempting to access undocumented or restricted features.
• Removing or modifying copyright notices or trademarks.

Privacy

By using this app, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. YOSIDI CAD does not require an account or collect identifying user data; it may only collect limited interaction, purchase, and functionality data for analytics and product improvement.

App Updates

We may release periodic updates to YOSIDI CAD to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. These updates may modify or remove certain features. We are not obligated to provide updates or ongoing support.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to YOSIDI CAD at any time if you violate these terms. Upon uninstalling the app, this license terminates automatically.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
